1. Security standards

2. Procurement of the website

Security nets belong to special labor protection articles, and the State implements a production (manufacturing) license system. When purchasing, the construction unit shall check its production license, product certificate, inspection report, product instruction manual and other technical data, and shall not be put into use until the inspection is qualified.

3. Installation and use of security net

The national standard stipulates that "the edge of the mesh and the working face of the operator should be closely adhered to" during installation. That is, the mesh should be hung on the inside of the scaffolding outside the pole. When installing, the spacing ≤450mm each ring buckle must be pierced into the fiber rope or metal wire with the breaking strength of 1.96KN, tied to the longitudinal horizontal rod between the scaffolding steps, the network splice is tight, and the scaffolding is installed in time (hanging).

After the mesh is put into use, it should be inspected at least once a week, and should be replaced and repaired (rectified) in time when serious deformation or wear, fracture or hole, rope loose, lap open, etc. At the same time, the attachments on the mesh should be removed frequently to ensure cleanliness.

4. Cleaning, storage and preparation before reuse of the mesh

Only after the operation in the protected area stops, can the security net be removed. The dismantled mesh should be laid flat with a pat to remove adhesive material (such as cement ash deposits), washed with pressure water, dried and packed into storage.
